My Dear Students,

I congratulate you for making a right choice to select Navjeevan Law College for study of law. Navjeevan Law College is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune approved by Government of Maharashtra, recognised by Bar Council of India, Grant -in -aid by Government of Maharashtra and NAAC re-accredited with ‘B’ grade.

Navjeevan Law College is established in 1999 with lots of dedication and devotion to create a new bunch of responsible and equipped law graduates who will be capable of contributing to the legal fraternity, to the nation and to the humanity at large having horizons from village to Abroad.

Navjeevan Law College offers 5-year integrated law course B.A. LL. B (after completion of 12th standard), 3 years law degree course LL. B (after completion of graduation) and diploma courses DTL and DLL & LW.

Building a successful educational institution calls for collective commitment, dedication, high sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset from all its stakeholders. This is how the vision and mission of our Law College can be achieved in letter and spirit.

As the Principal (I/C) of this college, I have the moral, ethical and professional responsibility and commitment to continue the best work of my predecessors and also strive hard to make this college one of the best law colleges in India. As an institution, indeed, our present achievements are quite impressive but we should not settle down with the same. We ought to work even harder to sustain the quality and achieve the vision and mission of the college through high quality teaching, various students and society centred initiatives.

As one of the Sanskrit saying means, whose endeavours are preceded by a firm commitment, who does not take long rest before the task is accomplished, who does not waste time and who has control over his/her mind is wise – we need to adhere to this.

With many more miles to go, let us shoulder the responsibility and work together to take this institution to greater heights. In the words of Helen Keller, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” Hence Not “me” but “we” can make out college – an institution of eminence.
